President
Kent isn’t your typical Texan story. Originally from Honolulu, he eventually made Plano home, and while he may still dream about island life, he’s built a business that thrives deep in the heart of Texas. As co-founder and President of Dallas Sunrise Maids, his passion is creating a workplace where the team actually loves what they do (and gets recognized for it). He takes pride in service that earns glowing 5-star reviews, and he’s known for bringing energy, humor, and the occasional wild idea to the table. When he’s not running the business, you’ll find him biking the shaded lanes of DFW, bragging about tacos from Palomo Taqueria, or wrangling life as a dad of three boys.
Our co-founder, Vice-President, operations lead, schedule wrangler, and salsa dancing enthusiast, Emily, keeps our teams organized, motivated, and ready to wow clients. Originally from Panama, she’s passionate about making clients’ lives easier and hearing the “excellent job” feedback roll in. She thrives when schedules are full and crews are performing at their best, and her upbeat energy is contagious—even on the busiest days. Outside the office, she enjoys exercising, dancing, watching TV, and discovering great spots like Sugar Ray’s in Plano.
Sales and Marketing Lead
Sandra helps grow the Dallas Sunrise Maids through strong client connections and community engagement. Born and raised in sunny South Dallas and now based in Carrollton, Sandra blends her love for people with her passion for making life easier for clients—ensuring they walk into spotless homes that bring them joy. A graduate of Lincoln High School and Humanities/Communications Magnet, she continued her studies at Texas Woman’s University and the University of North Texas. Outside of work, she supports social causes for immigration and her local community, cheers for Club América, the Dallas Cowboys, and the Texas Rangers, and enjoys working out, hiking, and spending time with family.
Operations Manager
Originally from Honduras and now a Plano-area local, Jason keeps everything running smoothly—whether that’s supporting the office team or stepping in on-site. Clients often tell him, “Your company is lucky to have you,” and he wears that compliment with pride. Outside of work, Jason is a Dallas Mavericks fan, a music-maker, and a firm believer in blocking out distractions to get things done.
Human Resources & Recruiting
Ana is the glue that holds the Dallas Sunrise Maids crew together. From recruiting and accounting to customer service, she’s all about solving problems quickly and building loyalty. She loves greeting kids and pets during inspections and is known for her warmth and leadership. Originally from Tegucigalpa and now based in Allen, she spends her free time exploring downtown Plano, trying new restaurants, and—when the mood strikes—singing karaoke like a pro.

Nope! Many of our clients aren’t home during cleanings. As long as we have secure access (via door code, garage code, or key), we’re good to go. Our team is fully vetted, background-checked, and insured for your peace of mind.

We even clean baseboards, window sills, and ceilings, and offer a complimentary linen change for beds. Need something extra?
