  • Deep cleaning of your bathrooms. This includes tile, grout and every single hard to reach place behind the toilet
  • A full kitchen cleaning including the inside of the microwave and cabinet exteriors
  • All baseboards will be deep cleaned with a damp cloth
  • All blinds will be deep cleaned with a damp cloth
  • We will vacuum all upholstered furniture
  • All of your floors will be cleaned and sanitized with CDC-approved products
  • You can expect a complete cleaning of ceiling fans and cobwebs using a 16′ extension pole to get all hard to reach areas of your home
  • A complete dusting of all furniture, fixtures and picture frames
  • We will clean all vent fronts and switch plates
  • We remove all cobwebs in the home
  • A cleaning of the laundry room including machine surfaces and floor area
  • All chrome fixtures are cleaned and shined
  • Complimentary Linen change (please leave the new linens on the bed for the cleaners)
  • A full vacuum under the beds and moveable furniture (if accessible)
  • A cleaning of all window sills
  • Removal of all trash in the waste buckets

For Guaranteed Success, we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines below

  • Access to the property via a lockbox or door code
  • An agreed-upon date and end time for the final inspection
  • Cash or check on the day of service
  • That we are the only company on-sit during the scheduled job
  • The water and electricity are turned on for the cleaning crew

For additional cleaning options not included in the above such as a garage sweep, porch sweep or interior window clean, kindly include your request in the form below.

  • Note** Interior window cleaning consists of cleaning interior glass without opening the windows. We cannot clean window tracks.
  • Note** We will use a 2 foot step stool and clean as high as we can reach without risking injury.
  • Note** We do not clean walls.
  • Note** There is a $50 cancellation fee if the job is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the agreed scheduled appointment time.
